Seeking assistance

The University solely manages the application platform, while other aspects such as fees, leasing periods, room allocations, and operational procedures are handled by individual colleges. These factors may vary slightly based on the student's preferred choice of accommodation.

Update details

To modify your initially registered personal details such as name, contact information, emergency contact, etc., click on the three lines icon on the top left corner, and then click on your name.

Application processing time

You should normally expect to receive an acknowledgement of your application from your first preference college within 10 working days. Currently the intake processing period for most colleges are in June and September.

Applying for more than 1 college at a time

The central application process for UWA College Row applications means you choose an order of preferences and can only move down this preference list. This system is in place so a student is not able to apply for multiple colleges and take up offers that will cause other students to potentially miss out on getting accommodation.

Confirmation that my completed application has been submitted

The Application Summary page will have a summary of your application and allow you to monitor which college currently has your application and what the stage of the application process your application is currently at.

Please note that all completed applications would have had a confirmation email sent to confirm the submission of an application.

Incomplete application

Head onto Apply Now! to proceed with your appliction. Gentle reminder, you have to agree to the T&Cs after payment is made in order to submit your completed application.

Cancelling my application

You can cancel your application through the function provided Here.

You can cancel your application (whether completed or incomplete) if you have decided to stay off-campus or will not be attending UWA. It is advisable to inform the college currently reviewing your application of your decision.

Please note that the application fee is non-refundable, even if you cancel your application or decline the offer to stay at College Row.

Waitlisted

If you are on the waitlist, all colleges will have access to your profile. If a spot becomes available, the college(s) will contact you to confirm your interest and may then proceed with assessing your application.
